Battery Pack, Electric Motor and Range: It comes with an electric motor, which makes 176PS, fed through a 50.3kWh battery pack that has a claimed range of 461km.
Features: The ZS EV’s features list includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a seven-inch digital driver’s display, a panoramic sunroof, and a powered driver seat. It also boasts a 360-degree camera, connected car tech, rear AC vents, and a wireless phone charger.
Safety: MG has equipped its electric car with six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and hill descent control. It misses out on ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) seen on the Astor but has been provided with driver-assistance tech including blind spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert.
Rivals: It locks horns with the Hyundai Kona Electric. It can also be considered an indirect rival to the Tata Nexon EV and the Mahindra XUV400 EV, which sit a segment below the ZS EV.
